






Thank you for considering Premier Pastry to create your wedding cake. Three to six months before your wedding we recommend making an appointment to discuss your wedding cake and taste samples.
Holiday weekends tend to book up quickly. Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day are some of the most popular weekends. It’s never to early to call.
At the time of the appointment you will be able to review our portfolios of wedding cakes and we will recommend various sizes and prices appropriate for your wedding. We will also send you home with a complimentary box of six samples of our most popular cakes.We suggest you taste these samples at room temperature. This will give you an idea of how your cake will taste on your wedding day.
All our cakes and fillings are made from the highest quality of ingredients - fresh eggs, heavy cream, Belgian chocolate & real butter. The samples we have chosen are Traditional White Wedding Cake with Vanilla Buttercream, Raspberry Almond Torte, Hazelnut Trio Torte, Chambord Gateau, Mocha Walnut Torte, and Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Torte.
If, at a later date you would like to try any of the other flavors we offer, you may purchase a small 6” cake for twenty dollars.
Our wedding cakes are priced according to the size, finish, and design. We offer a Buttercream, Rolled Fondant or Chocolate Ganache finish.
Prices range from $3.25 to $6.00 per serving for most designs regardless of the flavor you choose.
A deposit of half the total cost of the cake is required to secure your wedding date. Deposits will be refunded up to four months before the event date. Six weeks before the wedding the design details of the cake should be finalized.
A refundable deposit is required for any equipment such as pillars or stands needed to create your perfect cake. We will be happy to coordinate with your florist if fresh flowers are to be used to adorn your cake.
One week before the wedding we will need the final guest count and the cake flavors you have chosen. The balance is due at this time.
